About Us
Being new to business themselves, Leads Group was founded by three young entrepreneur men, who were looking to grow their businesses and network with other like-minded men and women. After sampling such groups as LeTip and Business Connections, the men found their categories were either already taken, or the group was not quite the energy they were looking for. Without a local BNI Chapter in existence in the Boardman area yet, they decided to found a group that was both fresh and exciting, and one that would draw energetic people who have a passion for business and success.
In 2003 the first Leads Group meeting was held at Perkins on route 224 in Boardman, with only the original 3 founders. By next meeting the group had doubled in size to 6. Over the years the number have grown and waned, the meetings have moved to it's current location at the Denny's on Route 224, and yet the purpose has remained strong. We are excited by the possibilities still available in the Mahoning Valley, and commit our Leads Group to growing each others businesses through quality referrals and friendships.
